I’ve ordered a box after the 10th of the month. When will I receive my box?

Boxes ordered after the 10th won’t be sent until the next month.

For example, if you order a box on 11th January, we’ll send you February’s box that arrives around 17th Feb.

This sounds like a long time but due to import times and stock management the order cut off is the 10th of the month.

However we are always here to help, so if you have a special request or any questions get in touch and we’ll see how we can help.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately once a box has been shipped we can not offer a refund due to the perishable nature of the product but if something has gone wrong, get in touch with us at contact@thebiscuitbaron.com and we will try to put it right.

When will I be charged for my monthly subscription box?

This will depend on your subscription chosen.

For 1 month rolling subscriptions: you will be charged for your first box instantly when you sign up for your first box and then charged automatically on the 1st of each month for all future boxes. Your payments will continuously renew unless you cancel your subscription.

For 3, 6 and 12 month subscriptions: you will be charged the full amount at the time of purchase.

For one-time box subscriptions: you will be charged at the time of purchase and this will not automatically renew.
