Boxes ordered after the 10th won’t be sent until the next month.
For example, if you order a box on 11th January, we’ll send you February’s box that arrives around 17th Feb.
This sounds like a long time but due to import times and stock management the order cut off is the 10th of the month.
However we are always here to help, so if you have a special request or any questions get in touch and we’ll see how we can help.
Although many of our boxes arrive in the 17th, boxes can take up to 5 working days in the UK. This can feel longer if the weekend falls in between so be patient! If you think there is an error please do get in touch.
For addresses outside of the UK postage can take up to 7 working days.
Yes, of course! If you’ve purchased, for example, a 3 month subscription for £42.50 and payment was successful, you can cancel right away if you know you don’t want to renew it. We will still send out your 3 months’ worth of boxes.
Sometimes boxes may get delayed or things may go wrong with the post. If you have not received your box in 5 working days from the 15th of ordering a subscription box, or from when you ordered one of the boxes from our store, get in touch at email@example.com and we will be happy to help.
We deliver to the UK with free delivery throughout.
We also deliver internationally to Europe (£5 postage) and America (approx £9 postage).
We’re working hard to be able to send to other countries in the near future.
Postage takes 2-3 working days. If you have signed up before the 10th of the month, we will aim to have your box shipped to you by the 15th of the same month. For orders after this, it will be the 15th of the following month before you get your box.
Occasionally we may not be able to ship on the 15th but will aim to have your box out to you as close to this date as possible. Don’t worry we will email you to let you know if there is going to be a delay!
Delivery is completely free of charge for customers in the UK and is sent by Royal Mail
